Return and exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
We can exchange non-personalized items for another length or color. Personalized items will need to be reordered if you decide you'd like a different color, but if the length needs to be adjusted, you may send the item back to us for a chain replacement. We will provide return info once your request is reviewed. If there is an error on our end, we will gladly send a replacement or accept a return for a refund.
Our processing time is 1-2 weeks. During the holiday season, please expect processing to take the full 2 weeks.
Expedited shipping can be selected at checkout! We do not offer expedited processing.
While we do not offer gift wrapping services at this time, all items come packaged in suede pouches.
If your package hasnt scanned in a few days, we recommend first contacting USPS for assistance. If no additional information can be provided, you may open a case with Etsy. To begin the case process, send us a message on Etsy if you haven't already. There is a 48 hour wait period between the first message you send us on Etsy and when you can submit a claim. After 48 hours, head back to your "purchases" tab, select the order you placed with us, and here will appear a button to submit your claim.

Orders placed before 12/08 will be estimated to arrive before Christmas. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. We do ship all packages in accordance to USPS' holiday deadlines, however after a package is shipped, it is USPS' responsibility to deliver your package in time.
