Shipping Delays

USPS is again experiencing shipping delays due to high mail volume. Please anticipate your order taking longer to reach its destination, as well as more time between scans; it is not uncommon for packages to have 3-4 day gaps between scans. All eligible orders (orders placed by the cut off date below) will be shipped in accordance to USPS’ holiday shipping deadlines, meaning they will be estimated to arrive before Christmas. We are not responsible for any in transit/delivery delays caused by USPS.

Christmas Cut Off Date

Due to our high volume of orders, our Christmas cut off date is Wednesday, December 8th. While we still accept orders past this date, please note orders placed after this date are likely to arrive after Christmas.

Processing Time

Our Holiday processing time is around 2 weeks. Selecting an expedited shipping upgrade does not apply toward our processing time. Orders placed before December 8th will be shipped before USPS’ shipping deadline and will be estimated to arrive before Christmas.


After processing, orders will ship in accordance to the option selected at checkout. As the holiday season is very busy for USPS, please understand we have no influence on the shipping speed after your order is mailed. We recommend contacting your local post office if you have questions regarding shipping while your package is in transit or if you are unable to locate your package after delivery.

Returns or Exchanges 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Please double check all order details and notes prior to submitting your order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to detail errors/typos such as color selection, message, length, etc.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

Damaged Items

While we inspect all items before they leave our studio, we understand defects do happen. If your piece is defective, please fill out our help form to get in touch!
